My husband and I highly recommend Reality Construction for home remodeling and repairs. We initially met with two other contractors prior to meeting with Chris Ramones of Reality Construction. The other companies didn’t listen to what we wanted; they had their own ways of handling the job. Chris of Reality Construction really listened to us and oversaw the entire job. Even though it was a small job, he met with us three times before the actual construction – 1) to get an idea of what we wanted and to take measurements, 2) to review the estimate, and 3) to review the contract. He set up a timeline and kept to the schedule. Chris always kept us informed along the way of what to expect. Chris and his assistant, Nick, were courteous, friendly, and neat. They covered the floors where they walked in and out with the items they demolished and moved in construction materials and supplies. They cleaned up each day.
